Sarah - Director, Dog Walker & Home Boarder
Sarah is a lifelong dog owner and lover of all things four-legged! After some time working in sales, Sarah decided to follow her dream of working with dogs and founded Midsomer Mutts in January 2023. There was always a rescue German Shepherd (or two!) in the house growing up, so Sarah's not afraid of the big dogs! Sarah now welcomes dogs into her home and enjoys walking seven days a week
Ana - Dog Trainer & Behaviourist
It is clear to see Ana has a genuine passion for animals which is demonstrated by her extensive set of qualifications, including an MSc in Applied Animal Behaviour and Welfare, BSc in Animal Management as well as Canine Coaching Accredited Diploma and Canine Coaching Foundations. Ana enjoys providing positive, force-free help to owners and dogs through 121 consultations, hosting Puppy Parties and group Workshops. In her spare time she cares for her two Romanian rescue dogs, Kali and Gwyn.
Justyna - Dog Walker
Justyna is a dog fanatic - so is the perfect fit for us! She owns an adorable Miniature Pinscher called Jock - who travelled all the way from South Africa to join her in Midsomer Norton! Justyna joined the team in September 2023 as a walker, carrying out solo walks and home visits in the Midsomer Norton area.
Gemma P - Head Groomer
Gemma joined the team in June 2025 as our Head Groomer. Having completed her Dog Grooming apprenticeship she then supplemented her knowledge with two years of salon experience. She’s now confident working with all breeds and coat types and enjoys pampering our pooches five days a week. Outside of work, Gemma’s young Golden Retriever Casper keeps her busy!
Gemma D - Dog Walker
Gemma joined us in May 2024 as a Dog Walker. Alongside a lot of doggy-love, she has a keen interest in Canine Nutrition and has recently completed a Level 3 qualification in the subject. When not walking our furry friends, she enjoys working her Pointer Dottie and cuddling her Jack Russell Sky!
Debbie - Dog Walker
Having recently relocated to the area from Bristol, Debbie joined us in January 2025 as a part-time Dog Walker. Outside of her busy job looking after our canine companions, she’s kept busy by her three dogs - Pru the Labradoodle and Tommy and Jerry the Terriers!
Jemma - Dog Walker
Jemma joined the team in February 2025 as a Dog Walker and Home Visitor. Having worked for many years at Bath Cats and Dogs Home, she brings a wealth of experience with dogs of all description. In her spare time she enjoys caring for her Collie Teelah and Chihuahua x Pug Rexy.
